i am more interested in the painting itself...i don't really concern myself with who actually made the painting...i suppose that isn't the best way to appreciate art, so i guess i am a bad person...

[glow=red,2,300]I would have to say Leonard DaVinci...
Why, you ask??
He is the only person that can explain history, and religious secerets in paintings....
Also, he was the most intelligent man of the renessaince... He studied astronomy, astrology, physics, anatomy, physiology, biology, automechanics, mathematics, and war strategy...
There is probably much more, that i forgot...[/glow]

Yeah I did a report on DaVinci, in his paintings you could never see a single paint stroke, no one knows how he did it either.

I like Whistler. Artist's Mother. It's very plain, but I like it. It seems to put a smile on my face. Even though the woman isn't smiling.

For the Japan Freaks Whistler painted a lot of women in kimonos, they're very pretty.

I like M.C. Escher and thanks to freshman english I know who Whistler is and I also wrote a report on DaVinci. I think its cool that all his notes are written backwards.

Would you think I was cool if I wrote all my notes backwards? I think I should do that just for you now! I like Monet. I have two replications of his work on my wall that I can look at right now if I wanted to. *looks at them* I just like the way he did things.
