has anyone here ever gotten into making necklaces and bracelets out of hemp? they got really popular in my school there for a bit so i started making them, and it is actually pretty fun... so if you ever get a bit of free time and a few bucks, i would suggest you try this out... buy some beads and hemp (you can get colored hemp if you like too) and just work on it... i got my beads from Micheals, they were 'bone/wooden beads' with dashes and dots on em and looked pretty cool... its fun but takes a little patience...

Micheal's is an excellant resource for all things art-sy. I buy my paint, brushes and canvas there.
For a while I was into making wire and bead necklaces, then I ran out of wire and beads and I haven't bought any for a long time. It was nifty to make your own jewelry though.

I don't really like how hemp feels when it gets wet, so I don't wear or make any hemp jewelry, although I've really gotten into beading recently.

Most of these posts are kinda old so I don't think to many people will care but I can make hemp jewelry. Necklaces, bracelets, keychains, and what not. I put beads on them and there are a lot of internet tutorials that teach you how to make fancier knots.

That's fancy. My sister started making hemp jewelry last winter, she was super into it for like two months and then I think she got over it. I loves me teh internets for teaching me craft stuffs. I still make beaded and wire jewelry and I still think it's super fun.
